1. Scope of Information Collected

1.1 Registration information: mobile phone number or email address, nickname, password, and, for enterprise users, enterprise name, unified social credit code, contact person, and other information.

1.2 Device and permissions: device model, system version, unique device identifier, storage permission, network status, and log information. When recording or audio functions are used, microphone permission will be requested only for functional implementation.

1.3 Usage information: material management actions, editing operations, preview records, search records, subscription records, transaction records, collaboration records, and crash logs.

1.4 Payment information: order number, amount, payment status, and invoice information, excluding full payment passwords and bank-card sensitive data.

2. Purposes of Information Use

• Account verification, service provision, function operation, and version upgrades;
• Order payment, invoicing, customer support, and technical troubleshooting;
• Copyright protection, violation detection, security risk control, and anti-cheating;
• Experience optimization, AI model training after desensitization, and product iteration;
• Legal and regulatory requirements and regulatory reporting.

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure

3.1 We will not proactively sell, rent, or disclose your personal information.

3.2 Information may be shared only in the following circumstances:

• With your explicit consent;
• With authorized service providers required for payment, cloud services, or customer service, under strict confidentiality obligations;

4. Data Storage and Security

4.1 User data is stored on domestic servers and will not be transferred abroad without authorization, so as to protect data security and compliance.

4.2 We adopt security measures such as encryption, access control, auditing, and backups, but do not promise absolute security. Losses caused by your own password disclosure, infected devices, or active sharing shall be borne by you.

5. User Rights

You may query, correct, delete, export, and cancel your account, and we will respond within the statutory period. After cancellation, the account becomes invalid, data will be cleaned according to rules, and paid fees will not be refunded.

6. Protection of Minors

We do not collect information from minors under the age of 14. If such information is collected by mistake, it will be deleted immediately.

7. Privacy Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy, and updates take effect after publication.
